1.   DigiPie is concerned about your right to privacy. When you visit DigiPie.com and it's affiliate site RegisterCopyrights.com, you can be assured that any information you share with us will be treated confidentially. The only instances that would require us to disclose customer information (i.e. - name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) is under legal subpoena, to verify billing information with a customer's financial institution or for credit card fraud detection. 

2.   Any e-mail addresses provided to DigiPie will not be shared with any third parties without the permission of it's owners.

3.   The billing information we store for return visits to DigiPie is kept in a secure location, is encrypted and is not shared with third parties for any reason except as mentioned in #1.

4.   We use the SSL to protect your billing information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and DigiPie. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card information over the Internet.

5.   Anonymous statistics are gathered and stored electronically.

6.    DigiPie reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time. In the event that we make a material change to our policy we will post a notice of the change on this page.
